NexaPilot, STF tarafından geliştirilen bir masaüstü asistanıdır. Uygulamayı ücretsiz kullanabilirsin; Pro (abonelik ya da ömür boyu lisans) bilgisayarında çalışan ek özellikleri açar.NexaPilot is a desktop assistant developed by STF. You may use the app for free; Pro (subscription or lifetime licence) unlocks extra features that run on your computer.

Sorumlu kullanımResponsible use

NexaPilot senin adına komut çalıştırabilir, dosya değiştirebilir ve uygulama kurabilir. Geri alınamaz işlemler onayına sunulur; onayladığın işlemlerin sorumluluğu sana aittir. Yapay zekâ çıktıları hatalı olabilir; önemli kararlarda doğrula.NexaPilot can run commands, change files and install software on your behalf. Irreversible actions are presented for your approval; you are responsible for the actions you approve. AI output can be wrong; verify it for important decisions.

Hizmeti yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarının hesaplarına izinsiz erişmek ya da kötü amaçlı yazılım üretmek için kullanamazsın.You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to access others' accounts without permission, or to create malware.

AboneliklerSubscriptions

Abonelikler seçtiğin döneme göre (aylık/yıllık) otomatik yenilenir ve istediğin zaman hesap sayfasından iptal edilebilir; iptal dönem sonunda geçerli olur. Aylık ve yıllık arasında geçiş orantılı hesaplanır. Ömür boyu lisans tek seferlik ödemedir ve iade edilmediği sürece süresizdir. Ödemeler Dodo Payments tarafından kayıtlı satıcı olarak işlenir.Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose (monthly/yearly) and can be cancelled any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. Switching between monthly and yearly is prorated. A lifetime licence is a one-time payment and does not expire unless refunded. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

You may not redistribute or sell the app, attempt to extract its source code (except where the law allows), or circumvent licence checks.

İndirilen yapay zekâ modelleri (Qwen, Llama, Gemma, Mistral, Whisper vb.) kendi lisanslarına tabidir; NexaPilot bunları senin bilgisayarına indirir ama sahibi değildir. Eklediğin MCP sunucuları ve ziyaret ettiğin siteler kendi koşullarına tabidir.Downloaded AI models (Qwen, Llama, Gemma, Mistral, Whisper, etc.) are subject to their own licences; NexaPilot downloads them to your computer but doesn't own them. MCP servers you add and websites you visit are subject to their own terms.

Beta özellikler ve süreklilikBeta features and availability

We may change or remove features to improve the service; if we remove a paid feature we announce it in advance. The app's core functions work without an internet connection or our servers.

Sorumluluğun sınırıLimitation of liability

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde STF, dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından ve onayladığın işlemlerin sonuçlarından sorumlu değildir; toplam sorumluluğu son 12 ayda ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Önemli verilerini yedeklemeni öneririz ("hafızamı yedekle" bunun için var).The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, STF is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or the consequences of actions you approve; total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We recommend backing up important data ("back up my memory" exists for that).

Fesih ve değişikliklerTermination and changes

Koşulları değiştirirsek güncel tarihi bu sayfada gösteririz; önemli değişiklikleri hesabı olanlara e-postayla bildiririz ve değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.You can delete your account at any time from "Delete account" on your account page. We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms. If we change the terms we show the new date on this page and email account holders about significant changes; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Uygulanacak hukukGoverning law

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciler, bulundukları yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma haklarını korur; AB'de yaşayan tüketiciler kendi ülkelerinin zorunlu tüketici koruma kurallarından yararlanır.These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where they live; consumers in the EU keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country.
